Step back into time, before tractors when horses did all the work. Farmers used horses to plow the fields, harvest the crops, haul goods into town, and transport people. Horse-drawn days will help you relieve the way of life through a variety of activites. Popular and prolific Wisconsin Historical Society Press author, Jerry Apps will discuss these good old days. There will also be the old time harvesting of sugar cane including cutting, pressing and cooking it into sorghum.
